Mow-Edge-Blow

Our standard and most basic service executed all year long. We mow the lawn, edge the beds and driveway, and blow all the debris into natural areas or woods.

 

Leaf Mulch n’ Blow

Our standard service for the dormant season in addition to the mow-edge-blow. The crew blows all the leaves into a pile, mulches them with a mower, and blows them into natural areas or woods.

Leaf Removal

An upgrade from the leaf mulch n’ blow. The crew collects the leaves and takes them to a green waste disposal sight. There is a price increase due to the dump fee.

 

Weed Spray (beds)

The crew uses a chemical spray on the weeds growing in your plant beds.

Weed Pull (beds)

In addition to the weed spray. The crew pulls weeds growing in your plant beds.

 

Shrub Maintenance

Each time the crew visits your property, they will inspect the bushes for uneven growth and trim them as needed. On average, shrubs are trimmed 3 – 4 times during the growing season.

 

Ivy Maintenance

Each time the crew visits your property, they will inspect the ivy for growth up the trees, the side of the house, or into other unwanted areas and trim it as needed.

Crepe Myrtle Maintenance

Every December, the crew comes to prune and shape your crepe myrtles.

 

Perennial Prune

Every mid-October – November, the crew comes to prune down all your perennials for winter dormancy. i.e. cutting daisies, daylilies, lantanas, etc. down to two inches.

 

Annual Flowers

Every May and October, the crew comes to plant seasonal annuals in your beds. Annuals can be homeowner’s choice or landscaper’s choice.

 

Aerate

Available April – August for Bermuda and Zoysia; September – November for Fescue
